How To Make stewed ox tails

1MARINATE: Ox Tails, 1/2 the oil, thyme, garlic, ginger, onion, and red pepper flakes. mix well, cover, & put in frig for 1-4hrs or overnite!!!!

2In a large pot Brown meat in oil over med hi heat on all sides. Do in batches dont over crowd!!!!

3Add meat and the rest of the ingred. except potatoes and carrots!!!! Bring to boil, cover, cook on med low 3hrs Last 30mins add vegs cook till tender!!! Sever and Enjoy :)
