Ingredients For cucumber topped cod

4(6 oz.) fresh or thawed cod fillets, about 1/2-inch thick

1/2 cflour

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1/4 cbutter or margarine

2 cpeeled and sliced cucumber

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 tspchopped fresh dill weed

2 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make cucumber topped cod

1Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Coat fish with flour. Season with salt and pepper.

2In large skillet heat butter. Add fish. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork (145 degrees F), turning once. Transfer to a warm platter.

3Add cucumber, garlic and dill to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice. Cook 1 minute more. Spoon over cod.
