Serve with your favorite tossed salad, pasta and hot Italian bread with good olive oil for dipping the bread for a meal; or…remove meatballs to a serving platter and serve with long toothpicks for appetizers; bowl of sauce on the side. Either way, they are so good when you bite into that cheesy surprise. And, you can always make meatball sub sandwiches with the leftovers.

With finger, or handle of large wooden spoon, make hole in meatball but do not go all the way through. Place 1 piece of cheese in hole; enclose cheese by pinching meat back around to completely close the hole back together. Repeat with remaining beef mixture and cheese pieces.
