1/2 tspground cumin

1/4 cchopped, pitted green olives

1/4 cbottled salsa

1 can(16-ounce) pinto beans, drained

How To Make veracruz style red snapper

1Preheat grill or broiler. Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper flakes.

2Place fish on grill rack, or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook fillets 5 minutes on each side or until flesh flakes with a fork.

3Combine cilantro and remaining ingredients, except lime wedges. Serve fish with salsa and lime wedges.
