Need an easy shrimp recipe? This simple Italian shrimp is perfect. The shrimp are rich and buttery. Using an Italian seasoning packet is a nice shortcut ingredient and gives the shrimp a tangy flavor. There is a hint of lemon from the slices of lemon. Serve these Italian shrimp over noodles, rice, or just by themselves.

It is hard for me to say how many shrimp to use since shrimp come in different weights and sizes. Just use your own judgment. I usually use a medium shrimp and I can lay around 36 on a cookie sheet.
