1 stickbutter

1 Tbspflour

3 Tbspbell pepper, chopped

1 lgonion, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 cancream of celery soup

1 tspsalt
-
1 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 cgreen onion, chopped

1 tspparsley
-
1 lbcrawfish tails or cooked shrimp

dashpaprika
-
pinchof red pepper flakes to taste
How To Make quick & easy crawfish/shrimp etoufee

1Melt butter; Add flour. Stir in onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender

2Add soup. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

3Add salt , pepper, green onion and parsley. Add crawfish tails or cooked shrimp. Cook over low heat till seafood is heated through.

4Add paprika for some pink color to the dish and red pepper flakes to taste.

5Serve over cooked rice.
