Ingredients For hg rockin' lobster roll

1 - 4 ozuncooked lobster tail, halved lengthwise (shell halves intact), deveined

2 Tbspmayonnaise, fat-free

1/4 tsplemon juice

1 dashsalt & pepper

2 Tbspcelery, chopped

1light (80 calorie) hot dog bun (or hg alternative)

1 tspbutter

1lettuce leaf, torn

How To Make hg rockin' lobster roll

1In a medium pot, bring 1/2 C water to a boil.

2Reduce heat to medium. Add lobster, cover & cook for about 3 minutes, until shell halves have turned red & lobster is cooked through. Remove lobster & set aside to cool.

3In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix mayo, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Stir in celery.

4Once cool, remove lobster meat from the shell & chop into small pieces. Discard shell & stir lobster meat into the mayo mixture.

5Lightly toast hot dog bun & spread the inside with butter. Lay lettuce pieces in the bun & top with lobster mixture. Eat up!
