crab & shrimp salad
I had this in Alaska and it was so good, so I came home and thru trial and error, I finally got it right. I hope you enjoy it. Serve on Texas toast or regular toast as a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 bunch green onion, diced
- 1 pound imitation crab meat chopped ( or 3 cans of crab meat )
- 1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crab & shrimp salad

Step 1Mix together and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Serve on toasted bread. Texas toast is great for this.
