This is one of those absolutely-fabulous-no-fail type of recipes. And the great thing -- you can pre-make it, or have everything ready and people put it together themselves. Better quality ingredients and bread that you've seasoned yourself is the trick. This is another Pampered Chef favorite!

How To Make monster sandwiches
-
1Preheat oven to 350*F. Place dough, seams side down, on a 15" round pizza pan. Join ends of dough together to form 1 large ring. Using a serrated knife, cut six to eight diagonal slashes (½ inch deep) on top of dough. Lightly spray dough with vegetable spray. Press garlic over dough; spread evenly. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Bake 26 - 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove to a cooling rack; cool completely.
-
2To assemble sandwich, cut bread in half horizontally using a bread knife. Arrange meat and cheese evenly over bottom half of bread. Top with lettuce. Drizzle 2 tbsp dressing evenly over lettuce. Top with onion, bell pepper, and tomato slices; sprinkle with olives. Brush the rest of the dressing along the top inside of the bread; place over bottom half. Cut into wedges and serve.
