This tastes like a dish you would get from a Chinese restaurant, sweet and sour chicken! I served this with a side of white rice. This recipe came from a food friend named Sday5 and its perfect! I added my photo!

Ingredients For hawaiian chicken

4 lgchicken cutlets-cut into bite sized pieces

2 lgeggs

1/4 cflour

1/2 ccorn oil

1/2 cgreen peppers-chopped

1/2 cred peppers-chopped

4stalks celery-chopped

1/2 cpineapple juice
-
1/2 cpineapple chunks-canned

1/4 cchicken broth
- SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE INGREDIENTS

3 Tbspcornstrach

1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
1/2 csugar
-
3 tspsoy sauce
-
1/2 cchicken broth

1 tspkosher salt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make hawaiian chicken

1Beat together eggs and flour. Then dip chicken into this batter.

2Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken slowly. After all chicken pieces have been cooked, drain chicken onto paper towels and remove excess oil from pan.

3Add the peppers, celery and pineapple chunks to the pan. Then put the fried chicken pieces on top. Do not stir. Pour the pineapple juice and the 1/4 cup of broth, over this. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4In a seperate small sauce pan, combine Sweet and Sour sauce ingredients. Cook until thick. Pour over the meat and vegetables just before serving.

5Serve with a side dish of white rice.
