My house loves spicy food, so this is perfect for us. If you want to bring the heat down a bit, you can use dijon, or your favorite mustard. I found this original recipe in Food Network magazine, and then tweaked the heat for my tastes.

Ingredients For habanaro mustard chicken wings

4 lbchicken wings

3/4 chabanaro mustard

1/2 choney
-
3 Tbspmustard powder
-
1/2 tspgarlic (finely grated) or garlic powder

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make habanaro mustard chicken wings

1Brush two 13x9 baking dishes with vegetable oil, set aside. Wash and pat wings dry. Season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly between the two dishes and bake, rotating pans and flipping wings halfway through.

2While chicken is baking, mix mustard, honey, mustard powder and garlic in large bowl. (large enough to toss wings @ end of process)

3Remove wings from oven and toss in mustard mixture. Continue baking for 3-5 minutes, until sauce has made a glaze.
