Ingredients For crock pot - raspberry balsamic glazed meatballs

  • 1 - 32 oz. pkg
    frozen fully cooked meatballs (beef, chicken, pork, turkey or whatever), or homemade if you wish
  • 1 c
    raspberry preserves (or strawberry or whatever you would like to try)
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder

How To Make crock pot - raspberry balsamic glazed meatballs

    Coat crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Add meatballs.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds; stir. Microwave 15 seconds more or until melted. Pour remaining mixture over meatballs; toss to coat. Cover; cook on LOW 5 1/2 hours or on HIGH 3 hours.
