Ingredients For chicken fried pork chops w/ mustard sauce

2 lbpork chops

1 lgegg
-
3 Tbspmilk

salt & pepper, to taste

1 - 1 1/2 cbread crumbs, seasoned

2 - 3 Tbspwater
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 1/2 tspthyme, dried

1/2 tspcayenne pepper
-
2 tspyellow mustard
How To Make chicken fried pork chops w/ mustard sauce

1Mix egg & 3 Tbsp of milk together in a shallow dish.

2Mix pinch of garlic powder, 1 tsp of thyme, pinch of cayenne pepper, salt & pepper with bread crumbs.

3Preheat oil in a flat skillet to medium heat.

4Cover pork chops first with flour, then with egg/milk mixture & at the end with bread crumbs.

5Fry until golden brown for about 3 - 4 minutes per side.

6FOR MUSTARD SAUCE: Remove oil from the skillet & leave about 1 Tbsp. Add mustard, 1 Tbsp of flour & mix well. Add the rest of the egg/milk mixture, water, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of thyme, pinch of cayenne pepper, salt & pepper.

7Mix all together & let it thicken. When the sauce thickens cover pork chops with it & serve.
