The more spice rub used to coat the chicken breasts, the spicier it will be.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Amp up the flavor of grilled chicken breasts with this spicy rub. It forms more of a paste and browns beautifully when grilled. Using skin-on chicken breasts means the flavorful rub soaks into the skin and soaks into the juicy chicken. If you're adventurous and like lots of flavors in your grilled chicken, try this spicy rub. We used six large, bone-in chicken breasts and had seasoning left over. So, this recipe is good for a big cookout. Grilling time will vary based on the size of the chicken breasts.
