Ingredients For sherried beef

1small onion, chopped

1garlic clove, minced

1/4 cbutter
-
2 cangolden mushroom soup, undiluted

3/4 csherry wine
-
1/2 cwater
-
3-4 lbchuck roast, cubed
How To Make sherried beef

1In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter.

2Add soup, sherry and water and simmer 1 minute.

3Put cubed beef in a lightly greased large baking pan and pour soup mixture on top.

4Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

5Serve over noodles or rice.
