Ingredients For no peek beef tips

2 lbbeef tenderloin tips, stew meat, chuck roast or chuck eye, cubed

1 can10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 pkgbrown gravy mix

1 pkglipton dry onion soup mix

1 can4 oz sliced mushrooms

1 cwater or ginger ale soda
How To Make no peek beef tips

1Add cubed meat to a 9 x 13 inch pan.

2In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the meat.

3Add mushrooms and stir to coat. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3 Hours.

4Do not remove foil or peek until done.

5Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
