I have no idea where this recipe originated. It's been in my original hand-written cookbook for at least thirty years. It easy to make and simply good home cookin' . Hope you enjoy:)

Ingredients For yummy round steak and mushrooms- connie's

1 1/2 lbround steak

1 canmushroom soups
-
1 canmushrooms
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tsplaury's seasoning
-
1onion, sliced diagnoly
-
1/2red or yellow or green pepper, sliced into strips
-
1 ckentucky kernal four
-
salt and pepper
-
3 Tbspcrisco oil
-
rice or noodles.
How To Make yummy round steak and mushrooms- connie's

1Cut steak into serving pieces.

2In a large plastic bag, add flour, paprika and Laury's seasoning.

3Place steaks into bag and shake.

4Pound steak while still in the bag.

5Put oil into frying pan.
-
6Add steaks (shake extra flour from each steak) to frying pan and brown on both sides.

7Add sliced onion and green, yellow or red peppers. Cook until tender.

8Mix mushroom soup, 1 can water and canned mushrooms together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

9Add mushroom mixture to steak and salt and pepper to taste.

10Simmer on stove for two hours, stirring occasionally.

11Enjoy over rice or noodles!
