•
Parchment paper (wax paper melts and sticks)

Candy thermometer
•
4 cups sugar
•
1 1/2 cups water
•
1 cup light corn syrup
•
Red food coloring about 1 teaspoon
•
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon oil
