1 c. boiling water
1 T. honey
1 T. molasses (optional)
1 T. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water (110 F)
Pinch sugar
2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 - 2 c. all purpose or bread flour (185 -250 grams or more)
