Halloween Fortune Cookies

Make these fun fortune cookies to give out to trick-or-treaters this Halloween!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Nonstick spray
•
2 egg whites
•
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
•
1/2 cup superfine sugar
•
1 teaspoon almond extract
•
2 tablespoons water
•
Pinch salt
•
Fortunes written on strips of colored paper
•
6 drops orange food coloring
•
Special equipment: Silpat, coffee mug, and muffin tin.
