INGREDIENTS
1/3  cup fat-free plain yogurt*
1 1/2  teaspoons honey
1/4  teaspoon vanilla
 Nonstick cooking spray
1/2  cup all-purpose flour
3   tablespoons regular rolled oats
4   teaspoons packed brown sugar
1   tablespoon ground flaxseeds or toasted wheat germ
2   tablespoons canola oil
1   tablespoon fat-free milk
1 - 1 1/2  cups assorted fresh fruit (such as quartered strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced kiwifruit, sliced banana, and/or sliced, peeled peaches)
 Honey (optional)
 Snipped fresh thyme (optional)
