    dried hibiscus flowers (jamaica flowers)

How To Make agua de jamaica. diabetic

    Heat water, adding hibiscus once it has come to boil.

    Let simmer for a few minutes.

    Take off heat, and let cool for about 30 minutes.

    Pour liquid through a sieve, then stir in sugar and ice.

    Serve cold.
