Ingredients For frozen irish banana

2 ozbaileys irish cream

1 1/2 ozbacardi light rum

2 ozcoco lopez

1/2 chalf-and-half

1banana (diced and frozen if possible)

1/2 cice

nutmeg for garnish

1strawberry halved for garnish

shaved coconut to rim glass
How To Make frozen irish banana

1In advance, rim the end of a chilled goblet with shaved coconut

2Blend all the ingredients, except the garnishes, until the mixture is smooth

3Pour into a goblet.

4Sprinkle the top with nutmeg, and garnish with half a strawberry

5Now sit back, relax and imagine the crystal-blue ocean lapping at your toes (even though it may just be your neighbor's dog).
