Ingredients For upside down strawberry cheesecake

2 tspsugar

1/2 ptheavy cream, whipped

8 ozpackage cream cheese,softened

1 pkg4 serving size vanilla instant pudding

1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 tsplemon juice
-
1 ptfresjh strawberries,hulled and halved

8-10grahm crackers, use more or less if neeeded
How To Make upside down strawberry cheesecake

1In medium bowl beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.

2Beat cream cheese till creamu and add pudding mix,milk ,sugar and lemon,beat till smooth.

3Add whipped cream and stir till well blended.

4Place straberry halves in bottom of 9" pie plate and cover bottom.

5Spoon cream cheese mixture over strawberries and top with crumbled grahm craackers mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cover and Chill.
