Hi...to all......participants......... Since I was very young age I could say a toddler I used to looooove it very much and my mom used to buy it for me in that time all stores used to have it and actually is the same ...is a traditional sweet....and until now I still love it ..... this sweet is from argentina but many latin countries they make it as well.

Ingredients For dulce de leche caramel

2 lmilk, whole

500 kgsugar

1 tspbaking soda1

1 tspvanilla

300 gglocose
How To Make dulce de leche caramel

1Put the milk in a sauce pan.

2Add the sugar and start to cook

3Add the Glucose and the vanilla

4Mix and let it take boiling point. The preparation will begin taking amber color.

5Add the crystal balls,to prevent to burn . Cook during an hour low heat remove from fire temporary

6Dissolve baking soda in water and add to pan.

7Continue cooking for 40 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon.

8Once you have reached the 106 º C, the sweet is ready.
