Ingredients
- CRUST
- 6 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- FILLING
- 1 cup butter, unsalted
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 -s egg yolks
- 3/4 cup strong brewed tea
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1 dash(es) salt
How To Make sweet tea pie

Step 1CRUST
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, 1 cup butter until fluffy. Add the flour and mix until dough forms a ball. press dough into 9 inch pie pan. Chill for 30 minutes. -
Step 2Filling
Cream 1 cup butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks mix well. Slolwy add the tea, lemon zest and lemon juice scrape down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula -
Step 3Add 2 tablespoons flour, salt and cornmeal and mix well. Pour into pie crust.

Step 4Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes
