8 ozcrescent rolls

1 csugar

1 cflaked coconut

2 Tbspflour

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspgrated lemon peel

1/4 tspsalt

2eggs, slightly beaten

2 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make crescent roll coconut lemon bars

1Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles; place in ungreased 13 X 9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.

2Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.

3In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Pour over partially baked crust.

4Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool, cut into bars.
