Ingredients For chocolate dipped nut macaroons

3 1/2 ccoconut, flaked

1egg white

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1 1/2 ccourse chopped walnuts

2/3 csweetened condensed milk

1/8 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspvanilla

6 ozsemi sweet chocolate - melted
How To Make chocolate dipped nut macaroons

1Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and blend till thoroughly combined.

2Preheat oven to 325 degree F. On a lightly greased sheet pan or can line with parchment paper; drop by tablespoonfuls and baked for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. ( I shape with my fingers a bit )

3Once cookies are cool, dip bottoms of macaroons in chocolate and place on parchment paper or waxed paper to set up. Enjoy!
