1 creduced-calorie margerine

15 ozraisins

sugar substitute for one cup sugar

2 tspbaking soda

1/4 cwarm water
-
2eggs beaten

41/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspground cloves
-
1 tspground allspice
-
1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspbaking powder
-
vegetable cooking spray
How To Make raisin cake

1Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan; stir in margarine and raisins, and boil, uncovered 5 minutes. remove from heat, and cool raisin mixture to lukewarm, stir in sugar substitute. Dissolve soda in 1/4 cup warm water; add to raisin mixture, stirring well. stir in eggs.

2Combine flour, cloves,allspice,cinnamon, and baking powder; gradually add to raisin mixture, stirring after each addition.

3spoon batter into 10-inch bundt pan coated with cooking spray. bake at 375 degrees f for 1 hour or until a pick comes out clean. cool cake 12 minutes then remove from pan. add a large spoon cool whip on top for serving ummmmmm
