This cookie has a combo of two of my favorite things Chocolate and Coffee. They are very chocolatly and have a hint of coffee. Where can you go wrong with that??

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Use your family's favorite chocolate cake mix for these cookies. Combined with the chocolate chips, it's a true chocolate lover's dream. The added hint of coffee flavor is subtle and delicious. Think about starting your morning off with one of THESE... Yum!

Ingredients For oh my mocha cookies

  • 1
    boxed chocolate cake mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    butter room temp
  • 2 oz
    coffee..i use leftovers from my morning coffee
  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • powdered sugar to sprinkle on top of cookie

How To Make oh my mocha cookies

  • 1
    preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    cream togather butter, egg, vanilla then coffee
  • 3
    add cake mix
  • 4
    add chocolate chips
  • 5
    Bake cookies on ungreased cookie sheet 9-11 min
    When slightly cooled sprinkle powdered sugar on top

    Serve with a large glass of milk and enjoy =)
