1/4 cbutter, softened

1/2 coil

1 csplenda (not baking mix; baking mix contains sugar)

2eggs

1 cflour
-
1 coatmeal

1 tspcinnamon

3/8 tspnutmeg

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 cbuttermilk (or 1/4 cup milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)

1/2 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips
How To Make low sugar oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine butter, oil and Splenda. Add egg and mix well.

3In separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Add to egg mix, alternating with buttermilk.

4Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet; flatten slightly with a fork. Bake about 10-12 minutes. Move to cooling rack.
