1/2lb. butter softened

1/2 csugar

6large eggs

2 tspanise extract

4 cflour

4 tspbaking powder
- ICING

3 3/4 cconfectioners sugar

6 Tbspmilk (more if needed)

2 tspvanilla bean

flaked coconut for garnish
How To Make italian cookies with coconut topping

1In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. beat in eggs and extract. Combine flour and baking powder and gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls unto ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 9 to 12 minutes cool completely.

2Icing: Combine all ingrediants mix until smooth. Dip cookies in icing and dip into coconut place onto wax paper let stand until set.
