Got this delish recipe from my sister along time ago. I had it at her cook-out and had to have the recipe.

Is easy to make and very good.
Something different to make.

Ingredients For ricotta cake

  • 1 pkg
    duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix, make per pkg. directions
  • 1 lg
    container of ricotta
  • add to ricotta
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon (either fresh or juice)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make ricotta cake

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Make cake mix according to directions. Pour into a greased 13 x 9" pan.
    Then mix ricotta with the eggs, lemon, vanilla and sugar and pour mixture over the cake.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
