This is a recipe that has been in my family since as far back as I can remember ... It is the one all of us kids asked for on holidays. So it is a family favorite!

CAKE INGREDIENTS
1 box of lemon supreme cake mix
1 box of instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 cup of wesson oil
4 eggs
1 10 ounce 7up soda
FROSTING INGREDIENTS
1 stick of butter
1 large can of crushed pineapple
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pack of frozen coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans

How To Make 7 up cake

Step 1

Cake Mix all ingredients but add the 7up last. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min… Makes 2 layers

Step 2

Frosting In a cooking pot… Combine, sugar, flour, and eggs. Add pineapple, butter, and vanilla… Bring to a boil and cook till thick. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cool … Spread on cake.
