INGREDIENTS
2 sticks or 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour*
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
Caramel frosting
2 sticks or 1 cup unsalted butter
8 pouches (2 cups) Imperial Sugar Redi-Measure Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
