1/4 c to 1/1 c Panko Bread Crumbs or 2 Slices White Bread, crumbled, crust removed, can be processed in food processor to crumb

1 Egg, beaten
•
2 tbsp. Mayo
•
1 tsp Seafood Seasoning (such as Old Bay Seasoning) or salt and pepper
•
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
•
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
•
1 tbsp. Dried Parley Flakes (I used freshly chopped cilantro, instead)
•
2 tsp. lemon juice
•
Extra virgin olive oil or butter (for sauteing)
