10 ounces frozen, shelled edamame, prepared according to package instructions
1 15.5 ounce can black beans, drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, grated through mircoplane or finely diced
juice of one lime
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
