1 shallot, chopped (or small onion)

3 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoon white wine or chicken broth
•
2 cups chicken broth
•
½ cup heavy whipping cream
•
2 tablespoons lemon juice
•
Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup (8oz sour cream)
