Ingredients For crunchy cornflake bars

6 ccorn flakes or frosted flakes

1 cdried cranberries, blueberries cherries or raisins

1 cwalnuts, pecans or almonds, chopped

3/4 choney
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tsporange zest
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2 lgeggs, beaten
How To Make crunchy cornflake bars

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line 13" x 9" baking pan with foil; coat with cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, mix together the cornflakes, fruit, nuts; reserve.

3In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, butter, zest & extract. Microwave on high in 15 second intervals until sugar is dissolved; cool.

4Stir in eggs. Stir in honey mixture into cereal mixture until evenly coated. Spread in pan.

5Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack & cut into bars.
