cheesy bacon egg cups
I may have said this before, but I LOVE these fast little videos that are popping up on Facebook. Simple ingredients, obviously easy prep, you can SEE the "right" consistency, etc. This one is by Tasty, and I've included the link. It's a nice change to the usual breakfast foods.

1I can't get the Pinch It! button to work, so here's the link to Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/554857616570620580/ Click on this, then click on the picture. The ingredients are listed below. . .
-
2With a jar or cookie cutter, cut 2 circles into each piece of bread. Place in muffin tin cups.
-
3Wrap a piece of cooked bacon along the edge of each muffin cup (make sure the bacon is JUST cooked and still warm, so it doesn’t break or crumble).
-
4Sprinkle 1/2 Tbsp. cheese into each cup, then top with an egg. Season with salt & pepper, and bake at 400°F/204°C for 15 min (longer for firmer yolk).
-
5Top with green onion.
