Delicious!! This is one of my favorite things to make for breakfast, or have even made for dinner. Change out what you might like for the meats, and cheeses. I have made many variations. Turkey , sausage, bacon, whatever you prefer. Make sure you get a good crusty bread..

Ingredients For breakfast in a loaf

1round loaf bread (8 to 9 inch diameter)

4 ozsliced ham
-
1/2red bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings

1/2 cshredded monterey jack cheese
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cpitted, sliced ripe olives
-
1 lgripe tomato, sliced
-
8 ozmushrooms,sliced and cooked
-
1 smsweet onion, sliced thin
-
8eggs, scrambled with salt and pepper
How To Make breakfast in a loaf

1Prepare scramble eggs, Remove from heat; cover to keep warm. Saute onion just until clear.

2Preheat oven to 350 degree. Cut 2-inch slice from top of loaf; set aside for lid. Remove soft interior of loaf, leaving a 1-inch-thick wall and bottom.

3Place ham on bottom of loaf. Top with bell pepper rings,and onion; sprinkle with half of cheeses. Layer scrambled eggs, olives and tomato over cheeses. Top with remaining cheeses and mushrooms.

4Place lid on loaf. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated through. Cut into 8 wedges. Spread condiments of your choosing.
