This is another one of my favorite omelettes. It combines simple ingredients for a quick, easy, nutritious and delicious meal any time of the day!

Ingredients For bacon cheddar ham omelette

  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 small pinch
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese, plus (optional) extra for garnish
  • 1 thin slice
    ham lunch meat, chopped small
  • 1 Tbsp
    real hickory smoked bacon bits, plus (optional) extra for garnish
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp
    chopped fresh chives, plus (optional) extra for garnish

How To Make bacon cheddar ham omelette

    Break raw eggs into a small bowl; add salt; beat with fork or small whisk until yolks and whites are well homogenized.

    Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    Pour eggs into skillet; cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, but remain glossy and slightly loose on surface.

    Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped ham, bacon and chives over egg.

    Using an egg turner or spatula, fold omelette in half or into thirds; remove from heat.

    Slide omelette onto serving plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese, bacon bits and chives, if desired.

    Serve immediately or keep warm until served.
