Ingredients For bacon cheddar ham omelette

2 lgeggs

1 small pinchsea salt

1/2 tspbutter

1/3 cgrated sharp cheddar cheese, plus (optional) extra for garnish

1 thin sliceham lunch meat, chopped small

1 Tbspreal hickory smoked bacon bits, plus (optional) extra for garnish

1/2 to 1 tspchopped fresh chives, plus (optional) extra for garnish
How To Make bacon cheddar ham omelette

1Break raw eggs into a small bowl; add salt; beat with fork or small whisk until yolks and whites are well homogenized.

2Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.

3Pour eggs into skillet; cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, but remain glossy and slightly loose on surface.

4Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped ham, bacon and chives over egg.

5Using an egg turner or spatula, fold omelette in half or into thirds; remove from heat.

6Slide omelette onto serving plate; sprinkle with remaining cheese, bacon bits and chives, if desired.

7Serve immediately or keep warm until served.
