I had some egg whites left from a recipe I had made yesterday and I didn't want to throw them out. My daughter will only eat the whites of an egg so it was a good idea to save them. I threw this recipe together off the top of my head hoping it would turn out good, and it is.

Ingredients For egg white breakfast souffle

  • 10
    egg whites
  • 1/2 cup
    whipping cream
  • 1 cup
    sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 cup
    cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup
    cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup
    onion, bell pepper, mixed together
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make egg white breakfast souffle

  • 1
    Mix everything together in a large bowl, pour into a pregreased pie dish.

    Place in a preheated oven of 400 degrees. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or the top is golden brown and it's not running out when poked with a knife on top.
