Ingredients For mango bread

2 call purpose flour

1 csugar
-
1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

3 lgeggs
-
2 Tbspbuttermilk or cultured milk

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
2 cchopped mangoes,not to ripe

1/3 cchopped dry dates

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make mango bread

1In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract.Add vegetable oil.

2In another bowl mix the flour,baking soda,cinnamon and salt.Pour dry ingredients to the egg mixture.

3Fold in the mangoes and dates.Pour to 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.Preheat the oven to 350 F and bake 55-60 minutes.
