INGREDIENTS

For the Mascarpone filling:

2 8 oz containers Mascarpone cheese
•
1 tablespoon espresso
•
1 tablespoon Kahlua ( I used brandy)
•
1 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur
•
For the Whipped Cream:
•
200 ml cream
•
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
•
For the lady fingers:
•
approximately 12 lady fingers (can be more depending on the size of glass), cut in half/quarters or smaller (depending on the size of the glass)
•
4 shots espresso
•
1 tablespoon Kahlua (I used brandy)
•
1 tablespoon Irish cream liqueur
•
For Garnish:
•
Cocoa powder ( I used chocolate sprinkles and chocolate shavings)
