Spicy Tartar Sauce
•
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tablespoon chili sauce or Sriracha, to taste
•
1/2 tablespoon finely minced onion
•
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped celery
•
Squirt of lemon juice
