These delicious wraps were served at a party I went to recently so I came home and re-created them with my own touch. If someone in the family doesn't like chopped tomatoes you can use the tomato-flavored tortillas. Photo: Yummly.com 05-06-15

Ingredients For ellen's italian pinwheel appetizers

510-inch tomato-flavored or plain flour tortillas

5-10romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried

12 slicesalami, thinly sliced

12 slicepepperoni, thinly sliced

15 sliceprovalone or mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
-
1/2 cbalsamic vinaigrette dressing - or - your favorite italian dressing

3tomatoes, thinly sliced
How To Make ellen's italian pinwheel appetizers

1Liberally brush dressing over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border all around.

2Layer each tortilla with Romaine leaves, salami, cheese, tomato and pepperoni, distributing evenly among the 5 tortillas.

3Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap; Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.

4Unwrap tortillas and cut each into 1-inch slices. Secure with toothpicks if needed. Serve as an appetizer or for a light lunch.
