Another find from 12tomatoes and it could not be quicker, easier, or yummier. Don't underestimate this dip, it is a keeper for quick and easy. Perfect for game day or unexpected guests. Ingredients For a quick cream cheese chile dip

  • 2 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1-2 can
    4 ounce chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1
    jalapeno, seeds removed and chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    or a pinch more, to taste
  • kosher or sea salt, to taste

How To Make a quick cream cheese chile dip

    In medium bowl, mash up your cream cheese until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend and incorporate.

    Mound into a shallow bowl (will be very thick) like a cheese ball and serve w/ crackers, chips, crudités, or toasted bread baguettes.
