2 pkg8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1-2 can4 ounce chopped green chilies, undrained

1jalapeno, seeds removed and chopped (optional)

1/3 csour cream

1/2 tspor a pinch more, to taste

kosher or sea salt, to taste
How To Make a quick cream cheese chile dip

1In medium bowl, mash up your cream cheese until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend and incorporate.

2Mound into a shallow bowl (will be very thick) like a cheese ball and serve w/ crackers, chips, crudités, or toasted bread baguettes.
