Living so close to the Gulf of Mexico enables me to get the freshest seafood possible from my fish monger. this is one of my favorite shrimp dishes.

Ingredients For shrimp de jonghe

1 cbutter, melted

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped

1/2 tsppaprika

1 dashcayenne pepper

1/2 cdry sherry

2 csoft bread crumbs

4 lbmedium cooked shrimp
How To Make shrimp de jonghe

1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. To the melted butter, add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper, and sherry. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and toss.

2Place shrimp in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the shrimp.

3Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Sprinkle with additional chopped parsley before serving.
