3-4 tablespoons Za'atar
•
2 tablespoons Aleppo Pepper (or to taste)
•
juice of one lemon
•
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
•
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
•
2 tablespoons dried thyme
•
2 tablespoons sumac
•
1 tablespoon sea salt
